Here at the grindhouse we take our hot beef seriously. To create a phenominal burger, you don’t simply grill some meat, throw in some yawnable bread, cheese, the red stuff and hide it in a fancy wrapper. We are all about the quality.
We are interetsed in everything artisanal. From our sometimes badly behaved, locally sourced bread, to home-made ketchup, hand ground beef plucked from three cuts of the cow, to the slow and low beef rib chili, we really do show you the love. Our beef is pretty special. It doesn’t come from cows pumped full of grain or beer or anything cheeky.
Its also not massaged by brazilian virgins or flown business class. Its just good ol’ well fed, well reared aussie beef that tastes amazing. Add to that some seriously researched cooking techniques to hold in all the favour and you have all the trappings of a naughty night in, at the expense of your gym instructor. Yes our burgers are pretty damn special.

Free-range Aussie beef
Creating the perfect burger patty, in a market already saturated with good burger joints requires something unique and truley standout. So, we take 3 carefully selected cuts of beef, chosen to blend flavour with texture. To this we add our signature smoked sirloin into the mix and a little something something to bring you what we believe to be this citys finest hot beef. Here at the grindhouse, our beef patties are treated like a fine cut of steak, cooked to medium rare to showcase flavours and tenderness and rested after cooking to hold in all the moisture. Voila.
Local bread
Months of sampling Artisian breads from local bakeries at the expense of our beach bodies has paid off. Wether you prefer a heavy dose of buttery brioche goodness, a fluffy white BBQ roll or a gluten free bun, we have you covered. Its the kind of egalitarian doctorine thats makes Grindhouse the burger hub for everyone.
House made sauces
From the collection bars very own mexican hot sauce to our super tart ketchup, to our house made signature burger sauce… all of our sauces are fresh, artisan and preservative free.
